ODDS & ENDS MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you for your interest in enrolling in the Odds & Ends Membership Program through Odds & Ends Novelties, LLC. Please read the following terms and conditions of your registration.

MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

1. Monthly Membership
  • Members are entitled to receive a 15% discount on qualifying orders every month.
  • The Membership fee is $30.00 USD, billed automatically on a monthly recurring basis.
2. Bi-Weekly Membership
  • Members are entitled to receive a 20% discount on qualifying orders every two weeks.
  • The Membership fee is $30.00 USD, billed automatically on a bi-weekly recurring basis (every 14 days).
Qualifying Orders:
Discounts apply exclusively to items within the “New Arrivals” and “Trending Deals” collections as listed on OddsEndsNovelties.com. Discounts do not apply to other collections, gift cards, shipping charges, or taxes.

BILLING & PAYMENT

  • Membership fees will be automatically charged to the payment method provided through the Site on a recurring basis consistent with the chosen Membership plan (monthly or bi-weekly).
  • The initial billing date is the date of sign-up, and subsequent charges will occur on the same calendar date each billing cycle.

CANCELLATION & SKIPPING POLICY

  • You may cancel your Membership at any time by contacting Customer Support at: support@oddsendsnovelties.com.
  • To avoid the next scheduled payment, cancellation requests must be submitted at least five (5) days before the upcoming billing date.
  • There are no fees or penalties for cancelling your Membership.
  • Members are permitted to skip a month (monthly plan) or a billing cycle (bi-weekly plan) without incurring charges or penalties. Requests to skip must be received at least five (5) days before the next scheduled payment.
  • Skipping or cancellation requests received less than five (5) days before the scheduled payment date may not take effect until the subsequent billing cycle.

GENERAL TERMS

  • Membership benefits are non-transferable and may be used only by the registered Member.
  • All Membership discounts are subject to product availability and at the sole discretion of Odds & Ends Novelties, LLC.
  • OddsEndsNovelties.com reserves the right to amend, terminate, or otherwise change Membership benefits, pricing, or terms at any time. Notification will be provided prior to any material changes.
  • By registering for the Odds & Ends Membership Program, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions as well as the general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of Odds & Ends Novelties, LLC.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

For Membership cancellations, skips, or inquiries, please reach out to Customer Support via the contact information provided on oddsandendsnovelties.com or by emailing support@oddsendsnovelties.com. Cancellation or skip requests submitted at least five (5) days in advance of the next billing date will ensure no future charges are incurred.
